SB 516 -- REIMBURSEMENT FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES

Currently, any tax increment financing district providing
emergency services is entitled to reimbursement from the Special
Allocation Fund in an amount equal to at least 50% but not more
than 100% of the district's tax increment.  This bill removes
that provision.
